Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of operations management within an outsourcing environment
  • 1–2 years’ experience managing managers
  • Proven success leading offshore teams and working with global clients
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
